Three “Do It Yourself” Yoga Mat Sprays

Hello fellow yogis,

If you’ve read my recent instagram post, you probably know why this topic is so important to me.  As I dive deeper into my yoga practice each day (and I mean every day), I’ve been growing more and more curious as to why people never clean their yoga mats after using them.  Often, we do not realize how much we perspire when practicing yoga, especially more “intense” positions.  Instead of practicing, rolling up the sweaty mat, and calling it a day, I’ve come up with a “DIY Yoga Mat Cleanser” spray, which takes only 5 minutes to make!  Below I’ve listed 3 mixtures which I personally love.  The beauty of this spray, is that you can make it however you’d like, with your own special flare, adding your own blend of essential oils. No matter what oils you choose, all essential oils offer a special healing property; not to mention, the mat will smell great!  Below are the ingredients and portions used to make 3 sprays.  I hope you all enjoy, and please leave a message or email me with any questions you may have…
